Is my e-mail address visible to others ?

No, others can't see it no matter what setting you choose.

There is a setting named “Allow users to email you?”. If you turn on that option then registered members can send you e-mail messages (not the same as private messages) through this web site. Those messages will be sent you as normal e-mails. Note that the sender will NOT see your email address he/she will just choose to send to your forum nick name.

It is suggested to have this option on if you have an ad in the Ads Directory so that someone interested to contact you can inform you immediately. If you do not have this on then the only way to contact you is private messages.
