Why didn't she pay the insurance bill when it came. Karen's parents sent her the money, but she spent it on clothes. Now she needs a medical report as part of her prerequisites to enter the masters program. She doesn't have the money and her parents are not paying for anything but the college presently. She has to work to make the money she needs to live. They would want to know why the insurance isn't paying for this. Karen had to think of something fast. She called a few doctors offices in the area told them her challenge. They all understood her plight, but could not do anything for her.

She saw one internists add. This was her last hope Doctor Rush. She called it was Friday at 5 PM; a male voice answered the phone. This was odd thought Karen.

"My name is Karen, I need a medical report as part of the Masters program. I have the information all I need is a doctor to verify it for me can you do that," She said

"OK, what insurance do you have?" the male operator said.

"Well," Karen hesitated, "I don't have any insurance and can't pay for you signing the paper right now." Crossing her fingers that he will not hang up.

There was a long pause. "I will do that, but it will have to be done the way I want to do it," said the operator. "I am the doctor I was just leaving when the phone rang."

"Great!" said Karen "When?"

"Would Tuesday night at 7 be soon enough?" said the doctor.

"As long as it is before Friday," said Karen

"There will be no charge to sign the form, but your going to have to do a favor for me, is this understood?" said the doctor.

"Sure anything you say as long as I can have the paperwork done by next Friday," said Karen and she hung up without even asking what the favor was.

Karen was happy that she found the doctor. It was just a paper stating that to his knowledge she was not on drugs or had any pre existing problems in her medical profile. She had all her medical records to give him. He just has to look them over and sign the paper, easy she thought.

Tuesday came without Karen realizing it was the day she was to meet the doctor until her last class . She hurried home and dressed in a pretty skirt with conservative top, putting sneakers on her feet Karen grabbed her medical file and drove to the doctors office on the other side of town. It was a converted house. Dr. Rush Internal Medicine the sign read. Karen looked at her watch it was 10 minutes to 7. She found the entrance and went in.

The reception area was lit but there was no one at the desk. She rang the bell on the reception deck. Within a few minutes out came a man in a white lab coat.

"Hi there, my name is Dr Rush," he said holding out his hand to her.

"Hi, I am Karen," she said blushing as she is a shy lady.

She handed him her medical file and the paper that needed to be signed. He looked over the paper work looked at her and then looked over the paper work again.

"Karen I need your help. I will sign this paper tonight, but I will need you to do me a favor." said Dr. Rush.

"Sure what is it?" said Karen.

"Karen I want to examine you. You will go into the exam room open the curtains. Remove all your clothes while your in front of the window then get on the exam table in put you feet in the stirrups. You will wait for me to come with your feet in the stirrups and your legs spread wide." said Dr. Rush.

"What?" said Karen stunned, "You want to examine me?"

"That is only right Karen. You need this paper signed I have to get something in return. Unless you can find someone else to help you. We have to have a win-win situation here." said the Doctor.

Feeling guilty Karen said, "OK."

The doctor filled out all the paperwork for her after checking her records. Karen looked them over and signed the last page also as the paper instructed her to. With that done Karen knew she was only moments away from her greatest challenge in her young life.

She followed the Doctor to an exam room with a large window in it. Karen went to the window, as instructed ,and pulled open the curtains. She could see car lights going by. The window was about 6 feet off the ground. If people in the cars looked this way they could see her undressing.

Karen mustered all the courage she could. She started with her shoes removing them. She was facing the window looking out as she unbuttoned her skirt and folding that put it on the table next to her. Taking a deep breath she pulled the top over her head. She was down to the bear essentials currently. These were the last garments that were between modesty and total exposure. Karen could feel her face getting warm as she unhooked her bra. She was standing at the window. Anyone looking at the window could see her. She hooked her thumbs in the panties and slid them down her legs. Karen was totally naked. She used her hands and arms to cover herself as much as possible.

Looking at the exam table Karen realized that she would have to get on the table, put her feet in the stirrups and spread her legs wide. She got on the table, her heart was pounding in her chest. The backrest of the exam table was up, she could see the car lights out the window, but everything else was black, except for the street lights. It took all her courage to put her feet in the stirrups, her feet felt like lead and they had a mind of their own. She got her left foot in the stirrup, spread her right leg to put it in the stirrup, Karen knew that her vaginal area will be totally exposed to anyone outside that could see in the window as she could feel cool air on her genitals.

When is he coming in here looking at the clock she has been in this position for at least 10 minutes. Her thoughts were interrupted by the Doctor entering the room, he walked to the front of the exam table and looked at Karen's exposed genitals. He looked up at her and smiled saying, "Your a very pretty lady."

Karen was so humiliated that she started to cry. "Why are you doing this to me?" she cried.

He did not answer her he put on a pair of exam gloves and inserted 2 fingers in her vagina then used his other hand to press down on her stomach. He was checking her uterus. The Doctor then got a speculum and inserted it into her vaginal opening . He opened the instruments then walked away leaving Karen's vaginal opening stretched wide open. She told him it was very uncomfortable for her. He came back and removed it apologizing to her.

The doctor then checked her breasts from the side, but would not let her remove her legs from the stirrups. He took one breast and thoroughly checked it making small circular movements on it the rubbing the nipple until it stood out. He did the same thing to the other breast.

When he was done with her breast exam the doctor went out of the room and a light come on outside. She could see 6 men looking into the window at her. Karen was in shock looking out at the men. She did not even close her legs. The Doctor came back into the room.

"Who are all those guys out there?" Karen demanded still not closing her legs.

"They are my friends that wanted to see me examine a lady. You said you needed a favor from me and I told you I needed a favor from you," the Doctor said.

"This was the favor you were talking about?" said Karen she was crying in humiliation. she will not be able to show her face in the college again she told the Doctor. He felt very bad that he did this to Karen.

"Karen I want you to meet these guys, OK ?" said the Doctor remorsefully.

"OK bring them in," she said.

The Doctor went out and got the guys to come in. They all came into the exam room to meet Karen. She was still in the stirrups! The Doctor introduced all the guys to Karen. They all thanked her profusely for the privilege of letting them see her most beautiful body and the exam. She was taken aback. They thanked her she thought to herself. All the guys looked very embarrassed. This confused her, she is completely naked and exposed and they look embarrassed. She will never figure men out.

They all began talking with Karen. She got out of the stirrups and walked over to her clothes. Karen talked with all the men in front of the window naked for about a half an hour before one of them asked her if she is going to get dressed. She started to while still talking to them. All the men gave her 200 dollars each. Karen made 1200 dollars in less than 2 hours tonight. She was shocked to say the least. They asked her if she wanted to go to dinner with them. Sure she said and finished dressing.

On the way to dinner one of the guys asked her if she would want to be examined again in their presence. After thinking about it for a while, "Sure, why not ?" she said.
