This story begins on a spring afternoon. After much persuasion, I finally convinced my wife to make an appointment to see her doctor for a complete physical and gynecological examination. My wife is a very attractive 5ft. 4in blond with blue eyes and avery shapely figure. She had reluctantly made this appointment at my insistence. She had not had a complete checkup in some years and had been having no real problems to prompt a visit. She did not look forward to this visit, as she was a very shy and personal person. She arrived at the doctor's office and she spoke with the receptionist. She was given a group of forms to complete, including a detailed medical history, to include her last exam, last PAP smear, last menstrual period; checklist of various questions including breast pain, any palpable masses, last mammogram, etc. While she concentrated upon completion of these forms I watched from across the very small but plush waiting room, as she was very nervous and getting very frustrated and irritated at some of the questions. She considered many of the questions as a preliminary invasion of her privacy---yet to come!

She was nattily attired in a white business suite with a short white skirt, nylons and heels. Upon completion of the forms, she returned the papers to the receptionist and returned to her chair, frequently changing positions and crossing and uncrossing her nylon clad legs. The receptionist began to escort her to a back office. She instructed her to have a seat and that her husband would join her shortly. The office has two chairs and the physician's desk with a high back executive chair.

Shortly the physician came in and greeted my wife. He began a review of the history she had previously completed; he elaborated on her breast, last period, pelvic complaints, and sexual satisfaction.

Upon completion of the history questionnaire, he asked if she had any questions to discuss or about her forthcoming examination. She was very anxious and asked what he was going to do during the examination and was very concerned about being asked to completely disrobe. He told her that he could facilitate the exam in various segments and she would only have to remove or rearrange her clothing as the exam progressed. She seemed pacified with the option given to her. She reiterated to the doctor that there was nothing the matter with her and she really didn't need a complete examination. He smiled and nodded while shaking his head and offering further reassurance to her.

She was led into a generous size examination room by the doctor and told to be seated on the exam table. She was now obviously very nervous, and her skirt was riding up to her mid thigh revealing a segment of white flesh above her nylons. He told her of the importance of the exam and was very professional in his demeanor. He asked her to step over to the scale in the corner of the room and took her weight and height. She then took a place back on the exam table where he took her blood pressure and oral temperature. She began to appear a little less nervous as he was proceeding rather slowly and appeared in no rush. He then began checking her reflexes and her white skirt kept riding higher on her thighs. He checked her elbows and ankle reflexes. He checked her sensations with a pinwheel like device on her arms, legs, and thighs. She now appeared like this was going to be a piece of cake. He then looked into her eyes, ears and throat, and had her read letters on an eye chart across the room. He then felt her throat and neck, and felt the pulses in the arteries of her head, neck and arms.

He had completed as much of the exam as he could and then asked her to remove her suite jacket. She asked if this was necessary and he told her that he needed to proceed with the rest of the examination and needed her to remove her jacket. She reluctantly did so, slowly unbuttoning her jacket and slipping it off her white shoulders to reveal her white Victoria Secret demi bra with blue trim.

The mounds of her breast were swollen above the edges of her bra cups. He took his hands and thumped on her back and chest, then took his stethoscope and listened to her back and chest, having her take slow deep breaths causing her beautiful mounds to rise and fall. He then asked her to put both arms behind her neck and to clasp her hands together, while he palpated under her arms for lumps.

He then asked her to remove her bra, and as she reached behind to unfasten the clasp, she was obviously very nervous. She let it fall off her shoulders down onto her lap. He began to inspect her breast for size, shape and contour, and then asked her to lie back on the exam table, and put her arms up over her head once again. He felt around her breasts in a circular motion, feeling very soft, then very deep and finally he grasped her nipple and felt underneath it and rolled it in his hand. Her nipple reacted, becoming very erect and hard. She asked if everything was all right and he nodded his head and said her breasts felt fine and that he would get her scheduled next week for a mammogram. He then told her that he had completed her breast exam and that she could put her bra back on, which she did in one quick motion. He then told her to raise her right arm and he placed the electronic thermometer under her arm and she held it in place until it beeped.

The doctor asked her to stand up at the end of the table and to remove her skirt. She stood-up, now visibly nervous and unzipped her skirt from the back and let it fall to her ankles, then stepping out of it, wearing thigh high hose, white lace panties and her heels. As she was doing this the doctor then turned around with another longer, thicker red digital thermometer, which he stuck the end into a jar of Vaseline. She now knew what he was getting ready to do when he asked her to turn around and bend over the end of the exam table. She asked if this was necessary and he told her this was for comparison with the other temperatures and was the most accurate. She hesitantly complied, bending over the table and he put his fingers inside the waistband of her lace white panties and slid them down to below her firm white cheeks. He inserted the lubricated thermometer into her rectum until it likewise beeped. She immediately stood up, pulling up her panties when she was informed that she was now to take the panties OFF completely. She did so reluctantly, and was told to lie back on the table and place her heels in the stirrups. She did so with her heels still on and her hose in place. Her bottom was totally exposed as the doctor sat on a stool between her legs and placed a speculum into her vagina, to which she moaned her objections.

He performed her PAP smear then placed his gloved hand in her vagina and one hand on her abdomen for her pelvic exam. He asked her if there were any areas of pain or tenderness. She nodded no and he withdrew his hand and placed his stethoscope on her abdomen. He completed his examination. Then asked her to sit up on the table. She was obviously relieved that it was all over and took a deep breath and sigh.

He informed her that it was not quite over and that he was next going to perform a proctoscopic examination of her rectum. She was now obviously agitated and he asked her to lie back down and to turn over on her right side and to pull her left leg while he inserted a Fleets enema. He lubricated her anal bud with Vaseline and inserted the tip, then began squeezing the plastic bottle until it was emptied. She said that her stomach cramped and upon its completion was shown to the restroom to expel the contents, and to return to the exam room upon completion. She took her panties with her. She returned in about 10 minutes looking very pale and, clad only in her bra and bikini panties. It was a Friday afternoon and the office was now closed and no one was there except the doctor and patient. The staff had all gone home to begin their weekends.

She was now led through the hallway into another exam room with a large overhead light and a table with a footrest at the bottom. She was instructed to kneel on the footrest and to bend over the table with her arms out above her head and her breast lying flat on the table. This position accentuated her firm cheeks projecting into the air.

The doctor took out a long tube like instrument with a light at the end and lubricated it generously with KY jelly. He pulled the waistband of her panties down to her knees and began to lubricate her anal area with the jelly.

He then placed his gloved finger inside her anal area to her rectum and began to move his finger around and in and out. She initially said it hurt but now seemed to be enjoying the sensation as she began to moan and moisture began to form at her vaginal opening.

When she was very relaxed with this sensation, he inserted to long lighted tube and applied some pressure causing the anal muscles to dilate and thus allowing entry of the instrument. She said the procedure was uncomfortable but did not hurt. Her doctor looked around at the inner walls of her rectum and lower colon, and then slowly withdrew the scope until it was completely out. He took some tissue paper and wiped the excess jelly from around her anus then reinserted his gloved finger and began an internal message- like motion of the area to which she responded with pleasurable moans. This was her reward for being such a cooperative patient for the past 90 minutes. He followed by placing additional fingers in her vagina as he checked her front and back.

She was now really enjoying this part of her examination and could no longer hide it, as she reached orgasmic proportion. He told her the exam was almost over except for a few additional tests, which at this point she was now even looking forward. She repositioned her bikini panties and was told once again to unhook and remove her bra and to lie flat on her back on the exam table. She handed him her bra and he placed it on the side table. He moved a machine with multiple wires and placed them in various areas on her chest and under her left breast. He turned on the machine and instructed her to lie perfectly still; paper ran out of the machine in a matter of minutes and an EKG was completed. She was then disconnected from the wires and instructed to sit-up on the table. He handed her the lace bra from the countertop and she slipped into it and fastened the clasps in the back.

There was one last parameter to complete her physical exam. She was asked to stand erect in her bra and panties as the doctor pulled a special looking tape measure from his coat pocket. He instructed her to raise her arms above her head. He placed the tape around her chest above her breasts (35in) and instructed her to take a full deep breath, which expanded the tape to 38in. He then put her arms by her side and placed the tape across her bra at the nipple line-----38 once again. He asked here what size bra she usually wears---she said 36B. He advised her of her measurements and told her that she should be in a 36C. He then measured her waist, hips, thighs, knees and ankles and last but not least her wrist. He then put the measurements in a computer to give her ideal body measurements by her height and weight. All of her measurements were almost perfect.

He told her that she could put on her suit jacket and skirt if she so desired. While she was buttoning her suite jacket she asked him if he could once again digitally check her rectum and vagina before she put her skirt back on.

She bent over the table and pulled down her panties as he lubricated a gloved hand. She. moaned as he first inserted fingers in to her well lubricated vagina, then another into her rectum. He nodded that he would be happy to accommodate, and would also take her to dinner and drinks since she was such a good patient.

She said she was looking to a wonderful Friday evening with him and how great it was having HER GYNECOLOGIST ALSO BE HER HUSBAND.
