But since I'm traveling alone, the nursing agency where I'm going said that I would also have to have a medical charparone present while i get the enam in my hotel room. the cost is going to be 140.00 for the nurse and chaparone

tonyjf - Whilst it seems that your reason for needing an enema is perfectly reasonable, it seems, though you're not specific about it, that you object to the probable additional included cost of having a chaperone present during the treatment.
However, you're not known to the nursing service, from Adam, and it seems to me perfectly reasonable for them to want to protect their employees from potential problems of being alone with a stranger. They've been up front about the terms on which they will provide the service to you - and the total cost - and so its for you to decide if you accept those terms, and the inclusive cost - or not! A chaperone from the nursing service would have a cost implication for the company which has to be met.
I'd suggest that if you should need an enema whilst away you could either take your own equipment and self administer or slip into Walmart and buy a Fleet or two.
If it is the need to have someone administer the enema to you which is important then I'm sure a google search would show up some provider from the 'enema nurses' in the area.
