Ice up the butt is not as uncomfortable as it sounds in my experience. It's a very short period where you go " ooh, that's cold!" To not noticing the cold at all. I like the long cylindrical ice cubes. I have also frozen J-lube in a cylindrical Popsicle mold and also coconut oil in the same mold.

Tupperware sells these molds every so often. I would check out kitchen, cooking supply stores, craft and boutique stores, thrift stores, $ dollar stores, Bed Bath and Beyond, IKEA, WALMART etc. Expo and fairs such as those for kids, home improvement, homemaking, holidays etc. I would also suggest looking at candy molds. I generally see ice molds during the warmer months such as summer. A while back I also saw them on the PBS show of America's Test Kitchen/Cooks Country. They have a website full of all sorts of information about cooking as well as gadgets, gizmos, almost anything involved with food preparation cooking etc. Health food stores may have something that would work as a mold. Don't forget to check out the kitchen supply area in your local grocery, drugstore and hardware stores and their websites.

There used to be an ice cube type tray that had compartments in the shape of an icicle pop that you could make your own icicle pops with whatever flavor Kool Aid or fruit juice you wanted and they came with holders that had a stem that went into the end of the tray compartment and served as an icicle pop stick.
