I've used a lax for myself a few times while I was wearing my diaper. Its not the greatest feeling but I just like the hopeless feeling that I get. I've never actually had someone change me though.

On top of your bulk, a good dose of lactulose will give you a rush in a couple of hours. Gassy and soft, and all at once without warning.

Found a great recipee for prolonged bowel incontinence and leaking. Olive Oil... Only a little bit maybe half an enema tube. Put it in before bed and sleep on it. The next day you'll have trouble not going periodically.

Want a big flush ?? Do the above and add a oral laxative... take maximum allowed.

I'm always experimenting with ways to cause strong urgency to the point of an uncontrolable mess. I've mentioned before that consuming a bulk producing fiber supplement in great quantities (with plenty of water!) works best. When control still seems possible I'll wiggle my hand down the back of my diaper and insert a formally refridgerated glycerin supossitory. Then I'll venture out on one of my diaper adventures and bingo. When I least expect it I have a sudden urge that usually progresses to uncontrolable urgency very quickly. It feels what I imagine authentic bowel incontinence feels like.

Getting ready for some diaper fun. Eaten a lot of fiber and now have taken large dose of mom. I m drinkng plenty of water waiting for some action. Im going to put on a molicare for the night. I hope I wake up with cramps and severe poop.

We don't have experience with diapers, but we do with castor oil. We like spankings, and think they're supposed to hurt. And, we like enemas, and think they're supposed to be crampy and that if you're completely comforable then you're not completely full. And, while punishments are really rare, we think one of the things that makes a punishment a punishment is that people want to avoid it in the future.

Castor oil is part of punishment for us. It takes will power to get down without throwing up. And, if it's given on a tablespoon, the memory of the last spoon makes each spoonful that much worse. It's crampy. And it causes uncontrollable bowel evacuation. It's not pleasant. But it is effective.

One thing, "Liquid glycerin suppositories"

If you want a fast BM but enough time to diaper up, Dulcolax or Magic Bullet suppositories work well. You can add glycerin suppositories to create a softer, wetter movement.

If you can plan ahead I think castor oil is excellent. It will produce several very loose movements with little control. Magnesium Citrate is faster if you want liquid movements. You can take Dulcolax tablets with Mag Citrate to increase the urgency but don't overdo it. You don't want to wash out electrolytes.

I like to have my girls well diapered before the laxative kicks in. In fact, I like to have them in social situations to increase the humiliation from loosing control.

dulcolax, 1 stool softener, and one laxative. I recommend eating a meal before hand or your body will ache for a while. if you eat a large meal odds are when it gets forced to the exit it will force it's self out. if you clean yourself out with enemas first you will have a bowel movement with in an hour or two forcing what ever was in your stomach all the way out drink a lot of water

If you want a diaper blow out try the baking soda enema then introduce some lemon to the water bag........WOOSH !!!

2 store bought enemas its not so much that u feel it inside u put ur diper on and by the time u think u got to go its too late u may make it to the bath room but u won't get your diper off every thing else takes forever and the hole day is gone this works in 15 to 30 min depends on how long u can hold it

The absolute best way to do it is to give yourself a high volume glycerin enema and put in a tampon. You won't be able to hold that long and you definitely fill more than just your diaper.

Generally Castor Oil should be taken on an empty stomach, so it is the best to swallow this early in the morning, not having breakfasted.

I tried epsom salt on July first...I did 4 teaspoons split between 2 cups of OJ and a lot of splenda (to take away the bitterness of the salts)

Within an hour to 1.5 hrs my diaper was filled!

Not much cramping at all just a bunch of rumbling and then out it comes... After the initial mess it gradually got to be more and more liquid till I was just "pissing" outta my ass hahaha

I had to change 3 times out of fear that my ATN's were gonna leak.

I stayed diapered once it was bedtime cause I started getting gassy but when Id cautiously "relieve the pressure" I'd end up filling my diaper a little more.

The effects were still with me some the next morning but not too bad.

I'd recommend it to anyone who has a desire to mess A LOT and who has a good amount of time on their hands to stay diapered...If your not close to a potty when the rumbling starts your probably gonna need to change your undies :b

Mostly it takes about 3-4 hours to work, but that last time it was amazingly fast. It has worked in 45 minutes once. Castor oil needs to be broken down by fat-splitting enzymes secreted from the pancreas before it goes to work. The times it works fastest for me is when taken just after a meal that's not too heavy but contains some fat or oil so as to stimulate production of the necessary enzymes. Maybe that's why it worked so fast.

Also, last time there were no burps, or indigestion. Just no adverse effects at all.

I mix it with orange juice - about equal amounts, stir well, glug it down, wipe from my mouth any oil residue, and eat a bit of something sweet - like a ginger candy.

When it begins to work you hardly are aware of what's happening - feels like gas but ... surprise!

WoW I didn't think it would work that fast mabey 3 hrs I was less than 15 min from having a diper on and it hit if I did have a diper on ther is no way I would have been able to get it off before I pooped my slef

Hi Fred01ca. You and I are on the same wavelength as far as castor oil use. The effect is not the same for everyone but your reaction was typical of a strong response. Now if there was a way to prevent the castor oil burps it would be more palatable.

It's been a while since a my last dose of castor oil, probably several months and the urge was undeniable. So a couple of nights ago prepared the layers of diapers and plastic bloomers that extended up the back as well as to the knees. !00 cc (3 ounces) swallowed just after supper at 6.30 and decided to go to bed early. At 7.25. less than an hour later having had no cramping or sign of anything, suddenly it worked and there was no stopping it. It worked many times during the night, and even during the next day. I even had an accident the next night. When it works well you need to be well and throughly diapered and generously covered with plastic pants or bloomers. Quite an experience!

I think a person 150 pounds should be able to handle 2 ounces easily.

In Russia this will be taken together with a good dose of Cognac, for Castor Oil is soluble in alcohol

I like to use glycerine suppositories they produce a nice mess that isn't uncomfortable but not any effort to get out. Most of the time a nice soft poop and plenty of it.

I still stand by my earlier posts, Castor Oil, a dose of two to four ounces, will completely clean out the intestine. As I said before, it will work in its own time, usually two to five hours and it will continue to work until it is all out of you. You will have at least three loose BM's and if you are wearing a diaper it should be a heavy duty item. A thick cloth diaper with good rubber or plastic pants is good, just be sure to have at least three changes ready. The first action of the oil will certainly fill the diaper very well and subsequent movements will be large. If you are using disposable diapers, buy the good ones, you will be glad you did!

The best part of Castor Oil is the unpredictability! On an empty stomach it usually kicks in quicker but you will not know when it will work until it does. It does usually cause some cramps before it kicks in so it you have cramps expect the action to begin soon. No one can predict exactly how many diapers you will fill, expect at least three.

Hospital preps they give you with they call X Prep,they would give the X Prep about 2PM it was a little like prune juice but really would give lots of cramps & you would give you bowel moment for houris. My wife was an Nurse-add & she use to say X prep would clean everything out of you. One time my wife was in the hospital for tests one of the nurses came in gave the dose of X Prep said sorry , any then gave her room mate X Prep too the girl toled my wife they gave a little prune juice, really my wife said I came in just before supper time my wife toled me what she had to take X Prep and she was having some cramps already by 6:30 the laxative was working after her 3 trip to move her bowels she said go home I call when it slows down. My wife called about 10:00 PM and said she had almost stooped but the outer girl the X Prep was doing a real good job on her I could here her over the phone it was giving her awful cramps with the runs. Well she said good night . My wife called me about 6AM said that one of the girl that she worked with had already given her 3, 3h enemas and while we were talking the girl in he room with her was being given her 3, 3H enemas while we were talking I could here here tell the nurse add to stop but you get the hole 3H enema. The next time my wife called she had had the test which was a Barium enema she said that when she went into the xray room they had this enema bag was very large she asked how much is in the Barium enema bag the Xray teck said about 3 QT. by then my wife was on the xray table toled to role on her side they put the retention device in her hole. Then had her on her back to wait for the doc. to come in she said she was looking at that enema bag above her. The xray teck asked are you ready? My wife said no, well the gal started the Barium enema would let it go and then stop it with what the dock said my said it was not to bad until the last 15 min. when just about all of that Barium enema was in her & they took all the Xrays & she had to lay there with that large enema in her until they knew the xrays were good then she said they put the enema bag on the floor and the barium ran back in the bag she said it ran out of her very fast the xray girl pick it up to see how much came out almost all of it she close the clamp hung the bag back up and the dock ask are you ready my wife said are you going to give me that enema again no they said we will put air in you so we can take more Xrays. she here the air thing working and she said it was like they gave an enema but it was air. as soon as the xray were taken the girl had my wife get up & walk to the john my wife said it was like she was full of water but it was air. the girl took the retention out of her she said she pass a lot of gas & barium she said it was a long time before that stop so she was taken back to her room she call as soon as she go to her room she was not happy at all. We talked for about 1/2 hour and my wife said who is that for! I said who are you talking to she said that a nurse add came in holding an enema bag full a 3H enema was for her she said to the gal I had 3 enemas this morning & the barium enema I had more enemas than I need the add said you need to get the Barium out so I need to give you enema until the return in clear well she said just give it to me she took the first enema while we were on the phone the wife said that all I can take but she took the hole bag. she said I have to get this enema out of me . She called me back about an hour later they gave her 3,3H enemas. She was a very unhappy lady. She called me later the room-mate was being given her clean out enema while we were on the phone. When I went in to see her later he room mate had to tell me about all the enema she had to take it was one big enema day.

Some folks were upset; some were uncomfortable dropping a load; others were nauseated and could not keep anything up/down or inside but the end result was a perfect evacuation to a waiting diaper. Nobody was hurt making these comments (At least I hope not) !
