I have recently given myself a punishment enema. I didn't mean to, it just happened. I usually use a mild solution of liquid baby soap and water.I am careful about the strength of soap I use. My bottle of soap was almost empty, so I used a few different liquid soaps I found in the bathroom, including tea tree and rosemary oil hand wash, camomile and honey shampoo, and a little sqirt of head and shoulders shampoo. In total it added up to about 100ml which I added to two litres of warm water. I inserted my 12 inch colon tube to a depth of around 9 inches. Almost immediately after releasing the clamp I felt a warm, tingly sensation. At first, it was quite pleasant, but the sensation increased until it was very uncomfortable. I was experiencing cramps and colon convulsions which made me feel quite upset. I can now appreciate why some people use this type of enema as a punishment. I was only able to take half of the solution before I had to expel. The relief was fantastic, although I still felt a bit tender inside. I then gave myself a tap water enema with my shower attachment, which finally settled my discomfort. After all that you would have thought I'd had enough, but I still had a litre of the solution left. Shame to waste it!
