Please tell us more. What was her reaction? Did you ever get to take her temp? Did anything else happen then or later?

Had a play doctor experience with 13 yr old female neighbor when I was 11. She let me touch her breasts, but then she gave me a rectal thermometer. Still remember her reaction when she saw what it caused.

I was 25, and had it taken quite unexpectantly by a nurse who had to be in her early 20/s

I wonder what circumstances would require a legitamate rectal temp vs. other means.

When I was in my mid 20's I had to have a sebaceous cyst removed from just under my right ear. Because it is near a major artery, I was going to be put out for the procedure. When I was admitted the older nurse had me get undressed and I was allowed to put on my own pajamas. She then said she had to take my vitals and because the surgery was near my mouth, the temperature would have to be taken rectally. After the initial shock I didn't mind because she was older than my mother so it wasn't too bad. The next nurse to take my vitals was a new LPN who looked like she was just out of high school. She looked all over for the oral thermometer until I finally pointed out the rectal one to her and explained why it was there. I think she was more embarrassed than I was until I noticed that while she was taking my temperature, she had not closed the door and anyone walking by had a view of everything she was doing. So I asked her to please close the door and she did. So she is probably the youngest to take my temperature, she being somewhere between 20 and 22.

Slim, have you ever mentioned the incident to her since then? Maybe you should bring up the incident and casually mention you wished you were a kid again. See how she reacts.

The youngest female to ever take my temperature was my 21 year old neighbor Jennifer who was also a nurse. I was about 4 or 5 years old then. My parents went on their honeymoon and Jennifer was a close friend to them. So they arranged for me to stay with her for a few days. On the second day I was with her I came down with a bad cold and earache. Jennifer felt of my forehead and went to the bathroom to get the thermometer. She pulled my pajamas down in the back and layed me on her bed on my side with my knees drawn up. I begged and pleaded for her not to stick it up my butt, but she promised me it wouldn't hurt. I had never had a rectal thermometer inserted up to that time that I didn't hate. But she didn't lie to me. She lubed it up and inserted it, and I barely felt it go in. And it went in farther than the nurse at the Dr's office ever put it in. Evidently the nurse at the Dr's office never knew what she was doing because it always hurt. Jennifer rocks!...a gentle angel. She's still a nurse and a pretty one at that.

the youngest female that took my temperature is my younger cousin sally. it was a lot of fun back then she was about 7 and i was about 9, we would play with our barbies as nurses then we moved to playing with each other. we would do stuff like listen to our heartbeats, look into each other's ears, take temperature, give injections (fake of course lol) it was a lot of fun doing so. i remember that we used to take each other's temperature like our mothers did it to us, her mother used to make her lay on her lap and mine used to make me lay on my back and lift my legs... memories :)

When I was about 14 I was at sleep away camp and I got a tummy ache and went to the nurses office. There was a teen girl working with the nurse as her helper / assistant. She was probably about 16 or 17. She came in and watched as the nurse checked me out. I remember being embarrassed that she was watching as the nurse pressed on my belly, but at that point I still had my pants on. The nurse then announced that she'd be taking my temperature and for the girl to get the rectal thermometer and some lubricant.

She asked me to roll over on my stomach and pull down my pants. I was really embarrassed when the girl came back into the room and saw me lying there with my bare butt hanging out. The nurse spread my butt and asked the girl for the thermometer. But the girl asked if she could put it in. The nurse hesitated for a minute but then said okay. She spread my butt and told her to use the lubricated tip to slide into my bottom.

I felt the thermometer going in and the only thing I had going for me was that my face was pointing away from the nurse and the girl so I didn't have to look at them while it happened.

The nurse told the girl to give it minute and then take it out and read the temperature. The girl waited and finally slid it out, read off my temperature and told me I could pull up my pants. I remember being embarrassed everytime I saw the girl after that.

Actually it was mutual as we did alot of playing in those days. It just was such a perfect opportunity to experience the comfort factor in a real situation. There was no question that it would be done that way. She had some experiences with RT as she had taken her younger niece and nephews RT on previous occasions. The only regret I have to this day is that I never attempted to take hers, which she would have let me do. I wasn't as interested in giving as in receiving at that time. I wish I could hook up with her again now..It would be very gratifying.

Was this your idea or hers? Has she any previous experience with rectal temps?

My girlfriend in high school was 16 when she took my RT. I was 17 at the time and actually sick..lol. It was very comforting to lie across her lap and have her take care of me that way.

How did you feel about this play with your cousin? Did she use the drumstick because a real thermometer wasn't avaliable or because it would be more painful? In other words, was this normal childhood sex play or sadism on her part? Did you ever get to do anything to her?

my cousin....I was around 8 and she was a couple of years older....used to insist on pretending to take my temp rectally with the end of a wooden drumstick from her brother's room....and it almost always involved her making me stand in the corner of her room with my back to her so she could pull my jeans and panties down, and spank my bum hard and pink before she "inserted" the doctor thermometer......she especially enjoyed making me stand there and hold it in while she watched....

I used to play doctor with my 2 younger cousin. I was 12 when I used to play with them who were 11 and 7 at the time. They loved it when I would take their rectal temperatures. They layed across my lap to do it. I would rub their butts while taking their temperature. My 11 yr old cousin and I would also touch one another and play with each others private areas. We never hand actual intercourse but there was a lot of fondling back then

Thanks for that nice story, Big Bag. It sure would be nice to find a hospital where that would still be done today. I live in Switzeland, and the hospitals here seem to use exclusively tympanic thermometers.

The youngest person to take my temp was my seven year old neighbor girl. I was ten at the time and she would never let me take her temp.

I don't know, rectal temperatures never turned me on. Soooooo many people have seen my butt ;D ;D ;D , it is hardly an embarrassment or something that causes excitement, and the size of the thermometer is so small compared to anything else that I would have a fun time having inserted (maybe inserted over and over and over ;D) that I don't see the excitement in rectal temps.

I remember when I was younger my doctor only accepted rectal temps. I do remember that a lot of her nurses were younger. How young I was never sure ;)

I had one female nurse say she was sorry but she must take my temperature rectally. I think she was more embarrassed than I was. ;D

While driving en-route to a military assignment some twenty plus years ago I came down with a fever which I later was told, was due to a strep throat infection. I stopped at a Hospital, and went to the ER. There I was seen by a nurse who took my information. There was another female, and I'm guessing she was perhaps 18 or 19, as her uniform had a tag on it reading "TRAINEE". Well, I requested that I have my temperature taken rectally, and the nurse said OK, and expecting that the nurse would do it, even though this girl was there, and I thought she'd get a "show" as I had my temperature taken, though I didn't care if she saw it.

As it turned out the nurse told the girl that she would get my pants and underpants down, but that the actual temperature taking would be done by her (the girl). As I was face down on the table, the nurse quickly got my slacks and briefs down behind my knees.

The teen, I'll call her, grabbed a thermometer out of a drawer the nurse pointed out to her, got a packet of lubricant, opened it, shook the thermometer down, read it and dipped its bulb in the foil packet, lubricating it. She came behind me, spread my buttocks and slowly inserted the glass thermometer. It was obvious, this girl had taken rectal readings before, though I suspect on pediatric patients in the ER.After it was in a minute or so she started to twist it! I got so turned on, and I was afraid that after she removed the thermometer she'd see my erection. Well, they both saw it, and the nurse told me that sometimes happend when guys would get their rectal temperatures taken.

The thought to this day of this really cute 18 or 19 y/o trainee taking my rectal temperature still excites me.
