You're such an animal Susie! But doesn't being suspended prevent access to the rectum because of the clenching of the glutes in such a position? Lol
OK, we have strong hooks in the ceiling rafters several feet apart in our bedroom and bathroom. Hanging plants are an easy camouflage for their intended purpose. My inventive husband has block and tackles and as I have told in other posts we have between 500-600 feet of assorted rope in the house. [West Marine rocks! They are one of my favorite S&M equipment stores!] Leather ankle straps [from an actual S&M store] are attached to the ankles and ropes to the block and tackle and you get good mechanical advantage for lifting with the blocks and tackles. I only weigh about 115, so with a 4 to 1 mechanical advantage, lifting me is like lifting about 30 pounds.
There is no gluteal activity or anal clenching because you hang passively just like on those Teeter Hang-Ups inversion tables they show on television. Hanging upside down isn't a problem if you are in decent health.
OK, we're off for the next couple of days. Have a blast!
