Inflatable silicone products

Anyone have links or information on how to make inflatable silicone products?

I haven't done this, but here's a suggestion. This link tells how to make silicon "skin" which is just thin walled silicon like you are looking for. It's another story, but long ago I had the strange experience of going to a sex toy factory in CA where they made condoms as well as lots of other rubber products. They made the condoms by dipping a mold of a penis shape in to thin liquid as above. You let it dry after dunking and then can re-dip to get more thickness. Not sure what the final device is to be, but you cold attach the open end (say about condom size) to a rubber cork (good hardware stores sell them) with a hold drilled in it and a filling tube inserted. Be sure to test by over inflating the intended size.

As another alternative, have you thought of just using off the shelf balloons? Visit a party store, they have numerous sizes, diameters, lengths, etc.
