My wife recently had to have a vaginal and rectal exam carried out by a doctor about half our age.
I was allowed to stay in the room. Do you ladies prefer a doctor younger or older examining you??
I've always like older men and my doc is about double my age with lovely white hair. Once I was visited by his younger substitute and couldn't relax at all! Older docs are much better for me!
I am accompanying my girlfriend next week! I don't care if it is male or female nor older or younger! Just love the experience!!
Let's not forget: all male docs are males first and foremost. The sight of a beautiful woman lying back and presenting her vagina to him must have some effect, surely?
Let's just postulate that the percentage of gays in the medical sector is much the same as in real life. Then there would not be that much of an attraction to a female patient, would there?
And other than that, after the first hundred exams, I would think it is just a job like any other.
It is much like being in fashion photography for instance. The first shooting may be an incredible turn-on, with models changing right and left, unconcerned about modesty. But after a while it is just another job. And think of the poor guy doing the cash register at a sex shop. Do you think any of the merchandise holds much appeal after a while?
I'd rather say that all male docs are people doing a job and all jobs invariably become boring and repetitive.
Last year, my wife refused to be examined by a male doc in his 20s. He seemed very nervous, as if he couldn't believe his luck! After he had tried all he could to insist, he yielded and asked a (much older) female colleague to carry out the exam instead. Let's not forget: all male docs are males first and foremost. The sight of a beautiful woman lying back and presenting her vagina to him must have some effect, surely?
I prefer male doctors in their 40s. My main gyne is 46 and his two associates are 42 and 39. All are very much male. Most of the time my husband would rather I found a 75 year old female doctor. But he's pretty good about my exams.
A younger doc is more exciting but more embarrassing.
A friend was in hospital at 16 for an apendix operation. In the pre-op examination the doctor mentioned she had a small growth on her perineum. A few days after her operation a male medical student came round to her bed in the ward and told her he had been asked to examine this growth.
So she had to turn on her side and lift her nightdress while she said this guy who was only a few years older than her examined her perineum.
What was worse was that six months later she started dental nurse training in London and it turned out that the medical student was based at the same centre and had only been at that hospital on rotation and she came face to face with him on her first day there although he didn't say anything so perhaps he did not remember her face only . . .
I'm 20, so having a younger doctor would be really messed up. I like a doctor that's fairly young, though. Late twenties, early thirties. :D
Two weeks ago I went with my wife to the Gyne Clinic at our
local hospital as she was going for a colposcopy exam.
We sat in the waiting for a few minutes and then she was called
into the exam room.I remained in the waiting room until my wife came out about 20 minutes later.
On the the way out she told me that there was a young male medical student present while the nursing sister and another nurse did the exam. She said she was given the choice to have him present and felt that it was OK as she had been given gyno exams in the past by male doctors.
The student stood behind the two nurses whilst my wife lay on the exam table with her legs in knee supports and naked from the waist down. She watched the exam on a TV screen which took her mind of things. The results showed that she has minor cervical erosion which at present does not need treatment.
When I first started getting exams, all the doctors were older than me, and I thought it was quite nice to be examined by an older gentleman. Since I am older now, and the doctors coming into practice are younger, I am finding it more erotic to be examined by a doctor younger than myself.
I'm not sure. Older doctors would probably have more experience, but younger doctors, fresh out of school are probably more up to date on procedures and things are still fresh in their mind. I'm not saying that older doctors are outdated, but with the advancements in medicine, it's hard for anyone to keep up unless they're just out of school.
When my wife was pregnant with our second child she was at the
booking in appointment at the maternity clinic when after completing the questions with the midwife she was examined by
the female doctor who had with her a male medical student.
The doctor asked her if the student could do an internal and
breast exam on her.She didn't really want him but said yes.
She said he was more embarrassed than her.
My wife (she is 22) prefers a young doctor but still older as she of course. Her former doctor was about 50 years old, her new doctor is about 30 years old and she get really wet when he exams her.
I agree with shygirl! The age is pretty important to me. I like being examed by a older dr
I've been generally more aroused by the idea of the doc being older than me but now that i am finally old enough to be able to get a doc a few years younger than myself I am kind of intrigued by that idea too. In reality all of my docs have been older than me.
Well, I dont think the age matter. The most important thing is the expertice (experience) and reputation of the doctor. As the better specialist usually come with years of experience and practices on the field.
I personally prefer to have an older doctor. But it really depends how old you are, I am 23, and I think it would feel very strange to get examined by someone who is younger then me.
