I 've lived in the UAE for the past 4 years and have had 2 medicals at govt clinics for my employment visa.
First one in Dubai was pretty lame. Just a blood sample and chest x-ray but was with another male colleague present we went together from the office. We both had to stand around with our shirts off whilst the Dr set up the x-ray.
Second was in Abu Dhabi. Huge medical complex. Women are examined in the morning and men in the afternoon. All expats here (80% of the population) have to have these exams every 2 years.
First I waited to have my visa paperwork checked. After that I was directed into the examination section and told to undress to my underwear. There were then a series of stations. First was a hot filipino male nurse who told me to sit down on a stool and put out my arm whilst he drew blood. All this happened with loads of other guys (mainly Indian and filipino workers but also a few Arab and other westerner) watching.
I then moved onto the next station where I had a chest x-ray. That was more private as the door was closed, presumably to prevent radiation leaking out into the corridor.
The final station was to see the Dr. I had to line up outside the Drs offices in the corridor, just wearing my boxers. Again most of the other guys in the line were Indian or Filipino with just a few Arabs and other Westerners. All were under 40 and some pretty hot. It was interesting to see that the Indians and Filipino guys were mainly wearing briefs whereas the Arabs and Westerners were in boxers.
We went into see a Dr one at a time and each exam seemed to be taking about 15 minutes. I probably had to wait about an hour in that corridor. Lots of male medical staff were walking by whilst we were waiting and it felt very exposed just to be in boxers.
Finally I was called in my the Dr. He was good looking Arab guy in his early '40, wearing a white coat and with a steth around his neck. The office was small, perhaps just 10' by 8' with a small desk (chairs each side) and a couch against one wall.
He started off weighing and measuring me, then BP, checks of eyes, ears, nose whilst sat in the chair. He then got me to stand up and listened to my chest and back with his steth. Plenty of deep breathing. Steth was put back around his neck and I was told to take off my boxers.
He felt my balls for quite a while, had me cough. I was told to retract my foreskin and he checked my glans.
Next I was told to lie on my back on the couch. He listened again to my chest with his steth and the prodded my chest and abdomen. This stage I was really struggling not to get hard. That went out the window once he picked up my dick again and this time he skinned me back. He asked if I had any issues with my foreskin (I expect most guys he sees are cut) and he pulled it back and forwards a few times.
I was then told to get up on all fours on the couch and then drop my chest down to the couch. I knew what was coming and heard him put on gloves. I had my first DRE and nearly shot my load over the couch. He seemed very thorough as it went on for 2 or 3 minutes.
When I was allowed to get up I was told I had passed the exam and should put my boxers back on and leave. I left the Dr's office feeling quite violated in a good way. I'm looking forward to my next exam when my visa comes up for renewal next year!
