Neurological Exam

I am interested to know if play doctors or patients include neurological tests, that would include using a reflex hammer and pinwheel on the knees, ankles and feet as part of the medical exam.

Definitely Yes. Sensory and Motor function are very important parts of a complete physical.

ALL of it. especially an erect penis. A flaccid penis, scrotum or any other place with soft, easily displaceable skin, doesn't get the full effect of the pins.

What is the pin wheel normally used for? Seems like a fun toy and all but I can not find any info on how it is legitimately used in the medical field. Any one know?

If you want a wheel at a very reasonable rate, try your local Craft shop for a "paper perforating wheel".

Exactly the same as a professional one I bought a while ago but at a vastly reduced price.
