So my complete physical is coming up, second week of May. I'll be 46 by then, and there will be no question that I will receive a rectal exam. I've had them for 11 years because of a history of prostate cancer in my family.
This will be about my fifth exam from this male doctor, who is pretty attractive and a few years younger than I. I also know from Facebook he's gay.
The first year I saw him, I was fully clothed when he came in to meet me. Then he instructed me to put on the gown, and specifically said I could leave my underwear on. So I did, even though I had had exams from a prior doc who made sure I was naked under the gown. This made the rectal exam (me on my side) rather awkward.
The next three or so exams, the doctor has been nowhere in sight, and I've been told to change into a gown. I know the first year she specifically told me to make sure I had taken everything off. I don't recall for the subsequent years, but I have taken off everything for subsequent exams. I love the experience of sitting with my naked butt on the white paper of the table, anticipating.
This doctor, unfortunately, doesn't check my penis and testicles or do a hernia exam. He has me roll onto my side to do the rectal. He's pretty thorough; his finger goes a long way in! This year, I might tell him I'm doing more weightlifting, and see where that leads re: hernia check
Last year was sort of interesting because after the rectal, I sat back up, but he didn't push the ledge back in so my feet were sticking straight out. He pulled up his stool, and talked to me for a few minutes with me in that position. I thought I saw him steal some glances of my genitalia, but that could've been wishful thinking.
I'm a pretty fit guy -- 5-foot-8, 145, 31w. I like to think he enjoys examining my body.
I'd like to push the boundaries a little bit regarding my nakedness. Like maybe just sort of let the gown fall when I sit back up. That would be pretty hot.
Thoughts? Ideas?
