Curious if you are using a butt plug with a hole and your stools are fairly solid then things are going to get plugged up and jammed. Only diarhea or liquid stools are going to pass easily and then only if the hole diameter is at least half that of the anus when expelling. If things get jammed up things are going to get rather uncomfortable.
Installing a holed butt plug with a larger than natural anal opening is also going to be a problem of sorts until the body adjusts to this oversize intruder invasion. At this point I have read that having the anus open to the air can cause infection of skin tissue due to an excessive dry atmosphere where things are normally kept lubricated and sealed from exposure.
Not to be a spoil sport but this fantasy is more for thought than real life application. And if done should be done in moderation.
Going to the emergency ward will result in comments - "Yep this guy has gone to far in the rec (rectum) room and it is now a rumpus room"!
For short term use the body is quite forgiving - just remember that the asshole is not the brains of the body !
