Teen Girls at the Pediatrician

There has been a lot of girls on this forum having had experiences in different states of undress for their physical exams in High School and Middle School. Were you in your clothes? Just bra and underwear? Just underwear? Gown or no gown? How did the doctor proceed with the exam? Did they all come off in the end?
