Duo Exam

Hi Folks, I'm in a position to help organise an exam with one doctor and two patients (I'll be one of the patients). I'm not very experienced, having only had one solo exam so far. I was wondering if anybody had a plausible reason/ scenario why two men might be undergoing a physical exam together? I'd love to hear your ideas as they could help shape something really hot. I had wondered about a scenario of two medical students undergoing a double exam performed by an experienced doctor teaching them proper exam technique. They then would perform the same parts of the exam on each other as a practical learning experience. I do remember hearing stories of med students examining each other when I worked in hospital many years ago as part of their training. Any ideas or advice would be much appreciated.
