When you are on your death bed you will regret the things you did Not do.
If you can find a good, qualified, kind male GYN, then by all means, look for one. Live your fantasy, it is your life.
My first was male, a group of 3 or 4 in one OB/GYN practice. My mother, sister-in-law, sister etc., went there. We all had our favorite. One of them actually opertated on me when i was a teen and saved my life. After that i had to go twice per year for about 5 years. I continued with the same doctor unil my 30s until i moved out of state. After growing up in the same place, never worrying about finding a doctor, i moved.
And that brought along the pain of searching for qualified doctors.
Ugh!
Went through a few till i found one, they all don't graduate with 'A's on their report cards. He was wonderful. Then he moved. My female internist started doing the exams because i told her i hadn't found a new GYN.
After a few years, i did find my current GYN, also female. For me, right now all my doctors are female, i want a competent physician that will listen to me.
