Was it just a TV show or can it happen?

I remember being a teenager and watching the TV show ER.

In one episode, Maria Bello’s character performs a testicular exam in a young patient, in his mid 20s or early 30s.

During the exam, he ejaculated on her hands without any stimulation.

She then told him no problem and then arguing with another doctor said she had to explain to a young man who was embarrassed that he ejaculated during a testicular exam, that he had advanced testicular cancer which caused him to act that way.

Is that a real thing or were they just exaggering it for TV?

Given the sensitive nature of the subject at hand (Yes, pun intended) I don't think there is much hard (oh silly me...again) statistical data. I am sure it doesn't happen frequently. I have taken the liberty of reading some scattered posts regarding this subject here on this forum. Liars gotta lie
