Enemas and Diapers

I insert two glycerin supps and two bisacodyl supps and diaper up. The churning and straining is great.

When I really take an enema, I stay within 20 paces or so of the bathroom. I wear just a dorm shirt and everyday bra. After the clear return, I wait until I'm confident that is is substantially expelled before I get dressed. that way my chances of expelling anywhere other than the toilet is nearly zero.

I am not a DL or AB but occasionally, when I do a series of enemas in the evening, I take the precaution of wearing diapers and plastic pants to bed, just in case. I had an "accident" once and messed our bed in my sleep, which did not amuse my wife, nor I for that matter. I will also occasionally wear a diaper after doing a series of enemas in the morning and having to do some important work in my home office/den that cannot wait, such as finishing a report or answering important business email messages. I am wondering if others on the enema forum do the same.

I do especially if I am going straight out afterwards, just in case. One can never be absolutely sure that a pocket of water isn't remaining as others have probably also found to their cost! But then I wear sometimes anyway so it is not so unusual for me to be in them.

I sometimes put a nappy on my sub as a just in case precaution. Whether he's had an enema or if he is just not feeling right. I don't want "dirty" sheets in the middle of the night.

Never done it, but i know that after either epsom salt or glycerin enemas, you need to be careful, the big urge can come after an hour of the enema!!

Yup. I seem to never be able to expel everything, so I wear a diaper afterwards. I've had more than one situation where I thought I was just expelling gas.....always turned out be a bit more than just air.

I love being given an enema then diapered. My old girlfriend used to make me wear diapers after she gave me an enema.

I put a diaper on after an oil enema because otherwise I mess my sheets in my sleep. It's a precaution not really something I like to do. In fact a maxi pad works just about as good.

I am brand new to enemas. But I just started doing them because of my obsession with diapers. I bought a bulb syringe, pumped a few bulbfulls into my anus, and diapered up. I've done it everyday since.

I've used diapers after an enema. It's nice to have the security of a diaper in case a little of the enema leaks out. I've even retained an enema with a butt plug and worn a diaper to the store. It feels very naughty. Of course I don't buy diapers very often because I am ashamed to purchase them at the store and I don't want to pay for the extra cost of buying them online.

Sometimes I enjoy wearing a diaper after an enema. Usually after a coffee implant. I'll hold it in with a butt plug for about 30 mins. The diaper adds a nice layer of protection.

I loved enemas before I found diapers. I rarely combine them as the clean up is pretty extreme. I don't like diapers AND enemas but have worn a diaper after a particularly deep enema session where the 'gifts' can keep coming for an hour or more after cleaning up. Always better safe than sorry.

I havent been using the bulb syringe anymore because I bought a bag. I think I like the 1.5/2 liter enema the best. But I have done up to 3 liters. Have to go thick on the diapers and wait for the diaper to absorb the liquid before moving at all or youll end up with a mess on the floor.

I was put back in diapers after an enema starting at a young age. This was for late leaks. Diapers are a good idea and could save you from an embarrassing accident.

It can be a concern for those who receive their enemas away from home. It seems, however, that a diaper may be inadequate to handle some delayed expulsions which can be surprisingly large. Thus, the logistics get complicated away from home

I have worn a diaper during an enema to prevent leaks from soiling. I also use s disposable pad under everything. I hate messes.

Diapers are completely TURN OFF for me, so NO. I hate children and anything that corresponds with them (me and my wife are completely childfree and sometimes childhate), and diapers are corresponding to children. So, no way to use diaper. This would destroy any enjoyment of enema.

I don't have any interest in diapers. After an enema, my husband and I stay at home until everything is expelled, shower and get dressed. Usually the expelling doesn't take long, especially for a plain water enema. If we use other concoctions that take longer to expel or create fluid being drawn into the colon resulting in repeat trips to the toilet, we stay home.

Even if an enema is part of an S&M scene, I don't like to use diapers. Yes, sometimes there is an accidental mess, but we prepare for that with drop cloths and mattress covers. Both my husband and I have had accidents, but always at home and not a problem to clean up after.

Sorry, but diapers are not part of the enjoyment of enemas for me. As they say, "Whatever works".....but certainly not for me.

Diapers for me are a great turn on, either in a giving or taking situation.

It certainly adds to the fun, especially if another is involved, up to now ive only had it done a couple of times, but seems its going to happen more in the future, having met a lady on line with similar kinks !

Has a lot to do with the naughtyness of it, that its something we arent meant to do any more since we grew up.

suppositories obviously work well, as does soap, there being no water involved, but a small enema, say a litre or so works fine for me, as the diaper can contain that amount.

I have done bigger enemas, but restricted that scenario to when im lying in the bath cos there will be a mess !

That obviously is a consideration, the person helping to administer etc, has to be ok with the clean up, no good bottling out at first sight of poo !

Can imagine it can bring two or more people very much closer together after experiencing such a dramatic clean up of each others bodily functions too.

My interest in diapers is pretty limited. I like being given a large enema while wearing a diaper, and the threat of having to expell into a diaper, but I generally try not too.

As others have pointed out, it tends to be messy, and diapers have a hard time containing 2 liters of warm soapy water plus....

I'm a regular enema and a diaper kind of guy. I enjoy combining them and also for the after enema urges that happen ever so often. you have to have the right diaper though i have found typical diapers don't do well with as little as 2qt but if you have good diapers you have no problems containing mess and not leaking. Right now i have been using attends which seem to be pretty decent but the best would be abena or molicare either of those you do not have any worries at all.

I have used diapers a lot after leaking to many times. If I don't have a diaper handy I used overnight maxi pads the always overnight in the orange wrapper or the always overnight extra heavy in the purple wrapper. I have always want to try the new poise hourglass pads because a friend of my uses them and they look petty impressive for absorbancy they even have side gathers like a diaper or at least the ultimate absorbancy did that I got a first hand look at.

I always wear a "pull up" after any kind of oil enema. I have been known to leak

As a kid I got weekly enemas just before bed and till I was 11 was diapered and plastic pants told mom I hated them but actually would hold part of the last enema arn release in the diaper. Over the last 10 years have gotten back to diapers after enemas and really enjoy the feeling..Have taken an enema in the morning just to get to wear my diapers during the day.. dressed and at work... who would suspect??

I like to wear a diaper when giving myself an enema, I can walk around till I can't hold it any more! also prevents accidents, some times I expel in a diaper but it is a messy cleanup but does fell good oozing around down there! I would like to find an enema mate that also wears. any one else enjoy diapers and a gushy enema?

The disposable diapers do not really hold very much, cloth diapers are much more absorbant and not as costly, plus you really feel the wetness of the diaper. Need to be used with plastic pants though. I just love the thickness between the legs and the overall bulkiness, better when you plan on staying at home or for sleeping. The best ones are made from terrycloth towels.

Diapers are useful because sometimes you are not always emptyand accidents happen

I dont use diapers but sometimes i use one of those pads for ladies like "Allways"

Whenever I take an enema I always go straight to putting a diaper on, it's the first thing I do. I used to wait till most of it is gone but i mean that can take 15-60 minutes so i just put a diaper on. Most of the time it's about a 30 second notice of "hear it comes" anyways. I've made a mess in regular clothes too many times. Sometimes I like to hold it in as long as I can too, idk why. I also wear diapers at night though
