I obviously can only speak for myself, but the answer is a clear yes, and I know it is for my spouse too, but we stilll pretend it is a purely medical procedure.
We have never used enemas as part of our erotic armoury, although truth be told, having or giving an enema clearly has a sexual connotation for both of us – we just don’t admit it, although I don’t know why. There was one occasion, early in our marriage when I was so overwhelmed during an enema, that I blurted out ‘I want to make love’ – so we did when I was finished, and it was a shuddering experience. Even though we divorce sex and the enema, when we do have sex after I have had one, it certainly is an intense experience. Perhaps this is in part, that after an enema I feel lighter, more lively, and more wholesome in a way.
I really rely on the enema for constipation relief, as it is so much quicker, easier and more controllable – so I don’t even bother with laxatives or fibre cereals and the like anymore, I just suggest to my spouse that ‘I have a problem’, or “I need some help’ , and it is enema time. It also provides a sense of sexual excitement and sometimes relief!
