Tunnel plugs for VAGINAL use.

I have seen these tunnel plugs at the local sex store and was wonder if anyone has used them vaginally? It seems that if they can be used anally (and people walk around with them inside) could you not so the same vaginally? I think it's very sexy making someone walk with an inserted speculum but they are a bit cumbersome!
