Ok... A fantasy is a fantasy, right? So it comes down to personal preference, mood and opinion. Nothing one could argue about.
But - I can't really wrap my head around, what is so arousing about being unconscious during... about anything.
I could understand being someone watching an unconscious patient being examined, I could also understand to experience some procedure on myself and get to see some footage of it later on. But in itself, being unconscious means you don't experience, whatever is done to you.
I myself love to see and percieve what happens to me, be it medfet-scenarios or general BDSM situations. I like to be restrained and gagged - but I don't really like blindfolds or hoods (because I want to see the tools and toys used on me ideally with a mirror overhead, so I don't miss anything). If my mistress deems blindfolgs neccessary, we have agreed, to take pictures, so I can have a look at least afterwards.
However I can understand what people like about being blindfolded or deafened with headphones and such. Sensory deprivation.
But in case of being completely out, you don't percieve anything that happens to you...
This is not meant to be rude or ignorant - I just really don't understand what is compelling about this specific fantasy. What is the interesting part about being unconscious and have done things to you while you can't experience them?
